Why Bead Maze Toys consider as educational toys....

Written by Jewel Johnson

Children learn a variety of skills at various preschool ages by naturally playing with bead mazes. Educators classify it as a manipulative learning toy because the bead maze intrigues children and makes learning fun without parents pressuring children.

1- Infant: As Infants watch the bright bold colors of the beads roll through the maze, it helps them to focus their eyes on the beads, and they also enjoy hearing the noise they make as they hit together.

2- Toddlers: They love to reach out to push and slide the beads by themselves and this helps with hand and eye coordination. It also exercises their little wrists.

3- Pre-school: Bead mazes continue to hold the attention of children well into the preschool years, helping them to learn their basic colors and to visually add and subtract the colored beads, making a fun game of learning addition and subtraction.

My sons favorite item...Do your kids have one?

Both of my sons do have the same item they like the most.... Their baby bolster... both of them has one and it is the same color... I myself could not differentiate which one is belong to which person.. but seems that my sons also don't mind as long as at one time both bolster are there in from of them. The funny thing is, when they sees only one bolster they will start quarrel just to get hold on it.

Last time I did try to change the bolster case or even hide it... Then goes the tantrum until they grab one for themselves. I do not know is it because they are twins so they share the same interest at this early childhood or because one intend to copy the other one behavior....

What about your kids? Do you choose to let them emotionally attach to one thing or you train them not to have any?

I love to hear opinion from superb parents out there...

happypuffs- my sons reaction

Frankly speaking.. I am not an adventurous kind of person when comes to food. To simplify it, I am a bit choosy but not picky. In spite of the preference of my food selection, I try to give my sons CHOICES as much as possible so their taste buds will build their individual preference.

I came across this happypuffs products when I went to a baby shop to buy my sons' milk. Always in between of main meals my sons like to chew something but not to the extend of every minutes... they ate biscuits, fruits, cereal or bread.. however, lately they rejected all those foods and rather choose chocolate bars, ice cream or tidbits... once a while I allow them to have a taste of it because it is really hard to totally avoid all those foods when our surroundings somehow promoting these foods to be tasted...

I started to google healthy snack for kids in order to give me some ideas. Most of the suggestion I had tried before and my sons only ate it very little portion and end up the remaining food wasted.

Apple Flavor
Packaging of happypuffs for me is quite interesting.. with all those catchy words for mommy to have a second look on the bottle. The word ORGANIC really made a big call for me in buying this for my sons. Furthermore, when showed the bottle to both of my sons, they straight away want it but with their own preferred color.

Strawberry Flavor
On the day I bought it, they seems to really like it.. either maybe because of the puffs texture is different (crispy but soft for the gums) from other food they tested before or the taste of it (not sweet and not too plain). I am not sure which one is the main contributor.

Comes to the 3rd day, my sons told me ,"mommy.. this is not nice anymore"...I tasted the puff and YES I totally agree, its like stale puffs... even at the bottle wrote consume within one week to maintain freshness.

I regard this as a major bad side of this product because sure kids cannot finish one whole bottle in 2 days time. Same goes to the other bottle. First 2 days, I can see their excitement while eating the puffs and when they tasted it on 3rd day, my sons push it away...
